Free delivery: within a 5km radius of our shop located at 171 Lachlan Street, Hay NSW, 2711. Deliveries outside this area will be subject to delivery fees.
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $14.95
We use Australia Post as our carrier. We will supply tracking information once orders are dispatched.
Please note that all delivery dates are only estimates. We cannot guarantee the date your order will be delivered.
All estimated dates are provided by Australia Post and sent according to their recommendations.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO A BUSINESS:
We can certainly deliver to any local Hay NSW township business - Mon-Sat - during business hours.
Order before 3 pm for same-day delivery. Please phone 0409154870.
Available for the local Hay NSW township only.
Please note that this excludes all alcohol products.
DO YOU POST ON WEEKENDS:
We do not post orders on weekends.
WHAT IF MY RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME:
The Australia Post courier will leave your parcel at the specified premises, but only if they think it is safe to do so.
If the address is somewhere where a curious passerby might swipe your goodies, or there is an over-enthusiastic dog, Australia Post may take the parcel back to the courier depot and leave a calling card at the premises for your recipient to arrange collection.
If redelivery occurs, this may incur a fee.
WHAT IF THE WRONG ADDRESS IS SUPPLIED FOR DELIVERY:
Please ensure that the complete and correct street address is provided for the delivery.
This is your responsibility, including name, numbers and postcode. If your parcel is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, an additional delivery charge will apply to redirect/redeliver the parcel.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcoholic products from Purple Petals Florist. If you are purchasing an alcohol product, you then warrant to Purple Petals Florist that you are 18 years or older and that the product's recipient is also 18 years or older.
By doing this, you warrant that Purple Petals Florist will not be liable if any underage person purchases or receives an alcohol product.
You cannot pick up any alcohol products from our store(s).
DO YOU POST FRESH FLOWERS?
No, we do not post fresh flowers through Australia Post.
DO YOU POST DRY / PRESERVED FLOWERS?
Due to biosecurity measures, we cannot post/deliver dried or preserved flowers to WA, NT or TAS.
